Zambosia is a simulation game that portrays the story of a Mediterranean country with problems of severe unemployment and education after a transitional period. With its current problems and political situation, Zambosia is offered financial aid opportunities from the European Union and the United States of America under one condition which is creating a protocol of cooperation between the Zambosian government and its civil society organizations as well as its businessmen. Participants in the game are asked, each according to their role, to reach a joint agreement to obtain the necessary funding. As well as to submit proposals for projects that will work to end unemployment in their country.

Zambosia helps the participants playing it acquiring many soft skills such as communication skills, self-expression skills, negotiation skills and empathy, as well as providing them with information and knowledge about the role of civil society organizations, the role of governments and the role of funding organizations in building and developing societies.
